What Does It Mean to Make a Living?

How does anyone make a living? This is a serious question. Like how does anyone make enough money to support a lifestyle that is anything but exhausting and unfulfilling?

The older I get, the more I look around dumbfounded at how the strangers around me support themselves (and potentially OTHER PEOPLE AS WELL?!). It almost feels as though there is a secret that has been withheld from only me.

Is this a normal phenomenon for a 22-year-old? Because this isn't how the 20's were advertised and I certainly want my money back.

Just needed to get that out there. I'm fine; just fed up? And I think we need to normalize expressing feelings like this. Because we all have them, so what is the point in hiding them? Hope anyone who comes across this is feeling seen and heard.
